I hope it's not Levitt, Paul Rudd's a much more interesting choice. Quote

Its better than the rest of the boring ones at the time it was made too. Especially those dull Burton ones. Although my problem with the Nolan ones is less the direction (well, with the exception of Dark Knight Rises which is awful) and more the scary politics they're inflicted with. Its three films spent trying to persuade an audience that corruption is okay because they need protecting. Quote

Vamp Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 I mainly don't like the atmosphere of the film, he goes hard for 'gothic' and 'dark' and it just seems lifeless to me. But then I'm not the biggest fan of Burton's style beyond Nightmare and that short Vincent Price movie. Doesn't work for me. Quote
