In regards to "The Zebra Kid" It will not be the one we know today. There was a previous Zebra, back in the day however he was quite as lean and in shape as Roy Bevis if I recall, I cannot off the top of my head remeber the details, but I know the original Zebra Kidd did work with Jericho back in the day on the Germany Tours according to Y2J's book

If it helps there have been many "Zebra kids". The one jericho mentions wouldnt be that old i assum, although i know of 1 or 2 others who are pre 1950's Zebras. I think jerichos one says he invented the Shooting star press (or that he could at least do one), and if i remeber rightly didnt he say this zebra was a bit rotund? As far as im concerned the Current Zebra kid, is the best.

 

Obsessedwithwrestling.com used to have a profile of an older UK wrestler by that name, although i cant remeber who that is currently.

Quick, if slightly odd question - does anyone know why traditional-style titantron videos appear to be being phased out? First noticed it with Mysterio on Smackdown last week, and again with about 50% of guys on Raw this week - the main tron either showed a logo, or a moving image that fitted in with the rest of the stage.

 

Quite possible there is no known answer to this, but it equally it is the sort of thing that gets mentioned on some sites - who made the decision, etc.

First I've heard of HBK showing up in the audience.

 

I'm sure I read that he was "away to Nitro", but I think it was just talk, as you say, if he was in the crowd, WCW would be creaming over themselves. They did the same thing when Sable just showed up out of the blue in the audience that one time.
