Paid Members Sergio Mendacious Posted December 17, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted December 17, 2015 I use razors from one of those online subscription clubs - generally okay, but I have a lot of troublesome neckhairs that I can get a clean shave of. Tried a straight razor earlier in the year, slashed myself badly. Not aiming to use it for the whole shave, just to clean up at the end
Sphinx
I'm looking to print a t-shirt but am pretty clueless. Â In the past, I've printed a few t-shirts and they have a glossy finish to the print. I'm wanting the print to be straight onto the t-shirt rather than any glossy material being used to print on it. Â The design I have is an album cover that I've made black and white and then made the background transparent so it's just the black parts. The album cover isn't available as a t-shirt officially through the group, though I know sites will be cautious of printing copyrighted material. Â I've tried my local printers and they're pretty naff. Any help would be appreciated.
Paid Members BigJag Posted December 17, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted December 17, 2015 It seems that you're after a screen print. Where the ink is applied directly to the material. Unless you're looking to print a decent volume of the shirts. Most screen printers will not be interested.Look for a screen printer close to you and have a chat with them. Sphinx
Yeah, sounds like what I want. That's a shame.
Paid Members BigJag Posted December 17, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted December 17, 2015 It can be done. Speak with a screen printer. They will know what can and can't be done.

Tried a straight razor earlier in the year, slashed myself badly. Not aiming to use it for the whole shave, just to clean up at the end I could never get along with a straight razor. I get my best shave with a good brush and cream and shave using a double edged safety razor.
Steve Justice
If anyone on here knows a lot about the law and court cases, specifically relating to cases being reopened under section 142MCA, can you please PM me. I'm in need of some information and advice. Â Thanks

Undefeated Steak
Yeah. And they're all called Eleanor or Barry. I sometimes wonder whether TalkTalk send a directory of their numbers to every call centre in India.
gbacon85
Anybody else being bombarded by those Indian sales calls right now? How would I get this shit to stop? Why would you want it to stop? It's so much fun? I managed to get one of them to say "Ok, fuck, mudderfucker" when I told him I had hurt my arse in an accident 145 years ago. Paid Members bAzTNM#1 Posted December 18, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted December 18, 2015 I keep on meaning to try to bam up the guy claiming to be from "computer support" but my bottle always goes.
Undefeated Steak
Yeah, they're the easiest to troll. The Windows and tech support ones are the best. Pretty sad to think there are plenty of people vulnerable enough to fall prey to their calls. Â Trolling them is actually an eye opener to see how blatantly they ask for your bank details too. They don't beat around the bush. 30 seconds in and they're asking for your card number.
Paid Members bAzTNM#1 Posted December 18, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted December 18, 2015 Yeah, I've noticed we've been getting the more cheekier bastards phoning us. Â I imagine it would be scary for an older person, especially the "we can see you've been looking at child porn images", which is the one my old neighbour got. Pay up or we'll grass you up to your neighbours. Particularly nasty one. He didn't even have a PC.

iMPACt!
With all the hype around star wars I'm looking to watch the originals. There seem to be many versions I hear with fans blasting a recent blu ray release. Are the original s available in their unaltered state on dvd or blu ray? Also are the changes that rubbish to somebody who cant remember seeing them before?
