Paid Members tiger_rick Posted February 26 Paid Members Posted February 26 This could have gone in the Photo thread but I think it's interesting enough to warrant it's own. Every now and then, I'll see a video or a photo spam of shit that Gerry Brisco has kept in a shed in his garden for most or part of the last 50 years. Some absolutely fascinating stuff. Some of it seems tarnished by being kept in a fucking shed though! This is some of the latest stuff I've seen including Hogan's trunks from Mania 9, Rude's tights, CW reels, booking notes, a Royal Rumble ring (Awesome!) and a stack of Ramon T-shirts he presumably confiscated from the Hebner's in a car park. Think this may have been posted before but here's a vid the local news did on America's Best Shed. Quote
Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted February 26 Paid Members Posted February 26 He wants to be careful advertising all that shit being kept in his shed. There's probably close to a million quids worth of gear in those photos alone. The collector's market is crazy these days for stuff from that era. I'm sure I heard that one of Hogan's boots from his WM18 match just sold for about $150,000! Quote

Too true - I just saw a few minutes ago that Harry Smith has just had a load of stuff stolen - including his Father's HOF ring. The report said that the RCMP are now involved - so the perp should be caught soon. The Mountie always gets his man!! Still if it was stolen by a wrestling fan it shouldn't be too hard to track down, just follow the stinky whiff that comes off most of them like they're the f'cking Bisto kids. Quote
Tim Healys Chutney Spoon Posted February 26 Posted February 26 That letter from VKM to the talent is cringy Quote

Chico Torres Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Nice merch but what I would really be interested in are those Championship Wrestling from Florida reels from 1973/4 and the teases of Dusty, Johnny Valentine, Buddy Colt, Thunderbolt Paterson, Andre, Jos Le Duc…someone get Gerry down to his local Rumbleows and get those reels converted. Chili Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Sting needs to go into that storage shed of his and show off all those lovely jackets he has collecting dust. Quote
The Gaffer Posted February 26 Posted February 26 I hope the rest of the active talent phone and address list is in comic sans. It's how I prefer all my data leaks. Quote

Paid Members waters44 Posted February 28 Paid Members Posted February 28 It absolutely scares me to death thinking about what footage must be sat around in cans just rotting away. Jim Cornette alone has thousands and thousands of hours of footage from all over the world tucked away in his loft I hope that these guys who have loads of footage get it sorted properly, but I don’t think they will. We need a billionaire sicko to organise a team of people to go round and digitise all these tapes for them, even if the public never see it. We can’t let it all rot away. C’mon Tony! Quote
