I was 30 errors into this before I even got one. It got to the point where I felt I couldn’t give up, I’d tried so many combinations!

It's funny how sometimes you just can't see the wood for the trees with these and even the easier solutions elude you. I actually found this one much easier than the 'relatively relaxed' one that you put up! I was pulling my hair out with yours!

I’m absolutely shocking at these, mid 30 mistakes most attempts.

I've tried 33 combinations (probably some repeated) on Glenryck's and not a single connection yet. Twoster's second go also stumped me to the tune of 26 incorrect attempts. Not a scooby which

I did even worse in the wall sent from Vietnam but did appreciate that its title matched the overall theme it followed. Others didn't take too many attempts though. In the real Only Connect you've obviously got a time limit and a maximum of 3 guesses for the final 2 sets of connections else I'm sure a lot more people would end up smashing the studio equipment down in Cardiff.

Anyway, I whipped these up yesterday. Thought about trying to make them even more fiendish but after seeing how I've struggled tonight I think I'll just leave them as they are:
