Paid Members Kamran Posted Saturday at 11:20 AM Paid Members Posted Saturday at 11:20 AM (edited) We talked earlier in the year about WWE struggling to sell tickets for WrestleMania and AEW having similar issues with All In. Well, it looks like TNA might be in the same boat with Bound for Glory! Tickets have been on sale since around August 19th, with the show taking place at the Yuengling Center, which holds around 9,500. As of yesterday, they've sold just 734 tickets (according to WrestleTix), with only two weeks left until the show... Here is the current card TNA World Championship: Nic Nemeth (c) vs. Leon Slater TNA Knockouts World Championship: Xia Brookside (c) vs. Indi Hartwell TNA X Division Championship: Fabian Aichner vs. KC Navarro vs. Cedric Alexander vs. Rich Swann vs. Ryan Nemeth vs. TBD (Six-way scramble for the vacant title) Ricky Sosa vs. Eddie Edwards Call Your Shot Gauntlet (Winner receives a future championship match) I'm not sure what the current situation is with their WWE partnership but it feels like things have gone pretty quiet between the two companies lately. TNA really needs something big to boost ticket sales. It won't help that their cheapest tickets are around $60 whereas AEW usually has tickets available from around $30. What even is it these days if he’s somehow made his way into a title match? 2 hours ago, Kamran said: Tickets have been on sale since around August 19th, with the show taking place at the Yuengling Center, which holds around 9,500. It’s not an inspiring card, but I hope they manage to shift more seats than that. Quote
Infinity Land Posted Saturday at 01:34 PM Posted Saturday at 01:34 PM What are The Hardys expected to be doing? They're one of the few draws TNA have, once a match gets announced for them that would probably help a little. Quote

But Matt will keep going. Which is the worst outcome for TNA. 23 minutes ago, Lorne Malvo said: Is Bound for Glory still their flagship Wrestlemania-esque show of the year? I think even Michael Cole would be embarrassed saying that garbage out loud. 4 hours ago, tiger_rick said: Saw some quotes last week that Jeff is going to be stepping back a bit. In their press releases they still describe it as TNA's biggest event of the year, so yeah it is Since my last update, they've sold a further 22 tickets, pushing the total up to 756. They had almost 3K fans for Slammiversary in June so I don't know why there is such a big drop for this. I do feel for the promotion; they've lost/let go of so much talent it must be hard competing with so many companies who can promote so easily through streaming, YouTube etc. Quote
