Someone who's been in British wrestling for more than 30 years once told me that Shane Stevens was the dodgiest person he's ever dealt with in wrestling. Imagine the ground that covers.

I heard some of it was just plain fraud and the rest was almost Savile stuff.

He's a real nasty piece of work. First person I worked for in wrestling, and thankfully I only saw the carny bullshit side of it, not the rest. Multiple stints in prison for fraud, theft and bounced checks, but a few for much worse, and judging from his Facebook profile, his tastes in that area haven't changed much.

He was arrested years ago for making "adult movies" with someone who wasn't an adult. I believe there may have been concerns of the person being exposed to life-changing sexually transmitted diseases too.

Oh shit... I'd heard of the stuff Al Vipond apparently got up to but didn't know about Shane Stevens. That's terrible. No wonder they called him 'Psycho'. I'm surprised nobody beat him up for real.

Is this the same Shane Stevens who was a Brit who for some reason had a run in the AWF, the American 90's round system promotion, because yeah he gave off a bad vibe.

Not sure if he made it that far. I think the AWF had Chris Adams and Steve Casey/Hoy. "Psycho" Shane Stevens is a guy who teamed with Kendo Nagasaki (similar interests?) and I think tried his hand as "the Undertaker". Nothing special in the ring, more notable for the bad things he's done before and since.

I'm thinking of Steve Casey, who looked proper low rent and dodgy. 

What's Shane Stevens done then?

Steve Casey is a pretty decent guy, good wrestler, did well for himself at home and abroad, much like his father Wild Angus.

Shane Stevens - as above on the fraud front, plus filming porn with someone in it who wasn't legally old enough to be in it, who also contracted HIV due to filming with someone who wasn't tested and clear.
