The solution to this debate is obvious. Everyone post their mobile number to this thread and I'll sell them to telemarketing companies let you know the most dynamic, on-trend way of verbalising it in the 18.

A bit further than that, surely? I've had the same mobile number since 1998, and have always done it 5-3-3.

Yeah, was just on about ‘my feelings’ on the matter, so to speak. I remember people getting phones around 00’ in my home town, as it was the same year we got running water and the wheel.

I live about 50 miles from Rick and I've never used the 3 3 3 formation. So don't tar all us Yorkshiremen the the same Hull shaped brush.

Incidentally, the phone numbers sketch is the only thing Michael McIntyre has ever done that's worthwhile.
