Really Big Shoe
Cage Warriors 89 coming up this Saturday on BT Sports 3 at 8pm. BT always put it in a 2 hour block but as its live I'd add extra time if your recording it on TiVo or add the next show after on Sky so you don't miss anything. Paid Members Egg Shen Posted November 23, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted November 23, 2017 yep, im in for that. Karl Amoussou vs Dominique Steele (Cage Warriors Welterweight title) Cindy Dandois vs Kerry Hughes (140lb catchweight bout) Nills van Noord vs Mauro Cerilli (Cage Warriors Heavyweight title) Tommy Depret vs John Maguire (lightweight bout) Jack Shore vs Ayton De Paepe (featherweight bout) Nice to see Cage Warriors bring back the Heayweight title, it's been vacant for over 5 years. Karl Amoussou is always worth watching but not quite sure how they they justify a man being on a 3 fight losing streak walks straight into a title shot in Dominique Steele (albeit in the UFC). Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted November 23, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted November 23, 2017 John Maguire! Is that the same John Maguire who was in the UFC a few years ago? The master of Gypsy Jiu Jitsu? I really liked him.

Is it like Gypsy boxing, where they have their own underground leagues for submission fighting, with illegal stuff thrown in?
Kamaras-Tash
See the Bamma show is live tonight on ITV4, never really kept up with UKMMA but I'll be watching this one

Paid Members Egg Shen Posted December 15, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted December 15, 2017 thats cool, i wasn't aware of that either. Its basically the undercard to Bellator 191. That doesn't air on Spike until tomorrow night though.
Ross18
Just the top 3 fights on ITV4. Should be fun. Absolutely no idea why they are putting one of there top prospects in Fabian Edwards on the fucking Sun website. Surely you'd want as many eyes on him as possible. Especially any casuals tuning in just for Aaron Chalmers. Edited December 17, 2017 by Ross18

Keith Houchen
Ahh, that explains why a Liverpudlian super defensively replied to my tweet from last year about Meatball Molly. EDIT - Hope that Inbetweeners fella loses. Edited February 24, 2018 by Keith Houchen Calm down, calm down.
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted February 25, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted February 25, 2018 Well the Paddy Pimblett hype train is officially back on track. Cracking opening round followed by a flying triangle finish in round 2, well played.
kev2050
That was a cracking fight if you like your grappling, amazing pace, and what a sub from Pimblett! I know that's basically the same as Ebb has just said, but thought that was worth commenting on.
Paid Members Supremo Posted February 25, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted February 25, 2018 Yep. Same again. That was a cracking fight with an awesome finish. There's something definitely there with Pimblett. You just wonder how he'd do against the UFC-level competition. I don't know how long Pimblett has on his Cage Warriors contract, but surely he's the type of guy you'd bring into the UFC to put on a Liverpool card, should they ever do one with Darren Till headlining. Paid Members Egg Shen Posted February 26, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted February 26, 2018 Pimblett's "im the best lightweight in the world" claims were pretty laughable but theres no denying he has star quality. A Liverpool show with a Till/Pimblett main/co-main pairing would be brilliant.
