Paid Members Linus Posted November 26, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 26, 2015  To be fair, they may have just been given advice not to travel. Its not like they were just about to board the plane. I wonder if this tour will ever be rescheduled though. Apparently they were flying to Paris 1st and then changing and with 60 people flying it was classed as dangerous; but may possibly be a load of bollocks.  I know wrestling's a carny business but that's peak carny. wrestleuk
If you go on the Mumbai dome website there wasn't many tickets left just small pockets of the upper section
Paid Members garynysmon Posted November 26, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 26, 2015 It's been rescheduled until "some time" in 2016 apparently  We'll see.  It does actually sound like this India tour was going to turn out decent, so its a bit gutting for TNA if the decision was due to outside factors. Paid Members Duke Posted November 26, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 26, 2015 They also tried to squash the rumour of low tickets sales as "the tour was being financed by Sony Six", which doesn't actually prove anything according to meltz they weren't even selling tickets, just giving them away because you can't sell tickets at that level for anything other than cricket. I'm not having a pop, you do genuinely seem to have an interest in them looking good

Paid Members garynysmon Posted November 26, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 26, 2015 I'm not watching TNA regularly at the moment, so I can't call myself a fan really. But I don't mind seeing someone with a bit of enthisuasm towards the product as it makes a change to the barrage of negativity everyone seems to throw towards the company. Dixie being Dixie.
Paid Members garynysmon Posted November 26, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 26, 2015 Cool Aid? Hardly. I don't even watch the bloody thing on a regular basis.
Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted November 26, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 26, 2015 Garynysmon's a good man. He's a battered old wife like myself, who isnt getting out of wrestling what he liked about when it first appealed to him. I think he's at the crossroads like a lot of us where he'd rather something be good than nothing.

Yeah was backing up your comments on wrestleuk. Very positive on a company that has been dead for 4/5 years now. Fair play to him.

Paid Members WWFChilli Posted November 26, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 26, 2015 They're not dead, they just got a new TV deal. They might be ran by a complete idiot, but they're not dead. I almost find it admirable they keep surviving. Â I still bust out the TNA VHS collection of 05-06 on a regular basis (one of the most entertaining TV years of wrestling tv for me personally). The weekly PPV days were ace, great wrestling and the odd surprise. Great days.
