1 My talk about Trish was my add on from the chat about the various Divas DVD's from another post. And who wouldn't want to see Trish's tits? Well maybe one or two on this forum wouldn't be bothered.

I'm sure I remember once Silver Vision vanished "Clear Vision" or such a name took over TNA DVD distribution for a while. Was that a huge flop?

The company that used to be CV still does TNA, with 3 upcoming releases announced this week and more coming soon.

 

So when I started with SV I was asked to provide some basic information on the wrestlers - catchphrases and finishing moves. This came from some of the non wrestling fans, hoping to get a bit of info so they could sound more knowledgable dealing with customers and the business that brought in the majority of the revenue at the time. This is what I came up with - riddled with mistakes I'm sure!

Just to clarify Event Merchandising were at one point the official distributor of WWF merchandise until they took it all in house

FightDVD went down for a while but it's back up now, albeit with hardly any new titles. Is FightDVD still being run by the same people who were running Silver Vision?

Yup. New UFC titles going up this week, with a full schedule of releases planned.

I think the WWF Action DVD was probably the first wrestling DVD I bought. I always remember it having the amazing ' this DVD contains no footage of Trish in a bikini' disclaimer on the back. Did someone make you put that on?

Shame Postcard From the Carribean never got a DVD release. Obviously the original source would've been better.

If only I still had a VCR and an original VHS of Postcard from the Caribbean.

 

Hang on, I have two VCRs connected up and ready to use, and I have Postcard from the Caribbean, twice!
