I thought the Jericho/Balor episode was quite meh as Jericho once again couldn't stop talking about himself. "Oh I did", "Oh that I that reminds me of when me and Lance did it" etc etc

Jericho wasn't even a name in NJPW like Balor was. I think the only things of note he did there was get a beating off Best Mate Benoit in the 1995 Super J (And technically that wasn't NJPW but WAR) and the Super Liger abortion.

He's a fucking hack. No matter the guest he always makes it sound like you're listening to Keith Harris interview Di Niro. Even if the person he's interviewing isn't much note. He'll overtake it with his bullshit insecurity. He'll try and one up even the smallest achievement the person is trying to talk about.

You know when he buries Afonso Ribero in his book for saying stuff backstage at Strictly Come Dancing like "You like sex with women? I must have had sex with like a thousand.", his super lack of self awareness has meant he hasn't noticed that he is himself Carlton Banks.

The worst was Duff McKagan a few weeks ago - the bass player from the biggest band in the world for a 4 years period - and Jericho was talking like they were peers.

So, eh, Steve Austin gave a massive hint in regards to what his plans are for Wrestlemania, as he cut a promo on Lesnar and Heyman. Proper got goosebumps as Austin got into it. May not happen, but what a cocktease.

Last 3 or 4 minutes of that podcast was a  promo masterclass. Austin can still turn it on, that look on his face was fantastic too.
