Glass Smash
Just noticed on tonight's Take Me Out one of the morons was coming down the lift to HBK's theme music. Surely ITV would've paid WWE for the use of it. Â And Shawn is actually trending on twitter just because of it. Paid Members bAzTNM#1 Posted February 15, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted February 15, 2015 More than likely dealt with Jimmy Hart & JJ Maguire than the WWF as they composed the tune.
Glass Smash
It seems that Sky have dropped Fast Lane from their schedules. It's no longer advertised for Box Office.
d-d-d-dAz
It'll appear on the core channels, I should imagine. Â With it being a free month on the network, there's zero point charging. Â I imagine after the Rumble debacle, relations are somewhat fraught between WWE and Sky at the moment..
Paid Members PunkStep Posted February 15, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted February 15, 2015 The February ppv is always a Sky Sports freebie, isn't it? I swear I've seen the last few and I'd never have paid for it on ppv.
d-d-d-dAz
They're meant to ALL be on PPV from this year. Â But then after the shit created by last months Rumble debacle, Sky and WWE have not been friends so I think shits being worked out.
Awards Moderator HarmonicGenerator Posted February 15, 2015 Awards Moderator Share Posted February 15, 2015 WWE.com's got a couple of videos up featuring 'NXT's Hardcore Referee', Drake Wuertz. It's nice to see that they've named and are acknowledging him as a referee, but what I didn't expect was to see Tournament Of Death footage on WWE.com! Â There's one video of him talking about his craziest match, and one about his history and friendship with Dean Ambrose. They're only a minute or so long each, worth checking out. Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted February 15, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted February 15, 2015 Its worth checking out the Drake Younger/Kevin Steen Show shoot interview if you find a way to see it. Its very good. He's a absolutely lovely bloke. I dont think he can stop smiling actually.
d-d-d-dAz
For those who this may benefit, Fast Lane is now being simulcast on Sky Sports 1 and Sky 1. Â I think that's the television equivalent of Sky sticking the two's up at WWE's fun and games they've been playing recently.
WyattSheepMask
Might sky+ it and save a bit of net usage if that's the case
Glass Smash
So it's even live on Sky 1. And to think this was originally advertised for Sky Box Office probably for another £20. It really goes to show that Sky are just greedy for the sake of it. This just proves that they could still air some of the PPV's on Sky Sports at least. In a way I'm pleased the Network has fucked their plans up. Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted February 16, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted February 16, 2015 You do realise that Sky paid a fortune to WWE to secure a long term contract for their TV and PPV rights?

Glass Smash
Yes I'm well aware of the Sky/WWE deal. But Sky deserve to be pissed on. The US fans don't have to subscribe to at least a £40 a month sports package just to watch Raw either. So fuck them. And just a heads up Fast Lane is NOT on Sky 1. I thought that seemed been a bit weird. Edited February 16, 2015 by Glass Smash
