I've not seen its like since the early days of IRC - code flying everywhere, and an IP address being banned. Also - cerebral palsy? That might explain the wandering hands, but as Woyzeck pointed out last night, he's obviously not all there "up top", which doesn't fit in with CP.  In the original thread that got deleted, he mentioned almost dying at birth due to oxygen deprivation.
