Rowling has become a really important testing ground for people who claim they're trans allies. There's practically a generation of people out there who grew up on Harry Potter and it's always interesting to me how quiet or defensive many of them will get about Rowling while also tut-tutting about the latest cuts to NHS gender services. Or how many of them still follow her on Twitter even though she never posts about anything else. Priorities.

From a neutral perspective, Liverpool winning the league would be the best solution all-round. It'll prolong Arsenal's hilariously long time without winning it and will make Arteta, who is a twat, sad. It means City won't win it, and nobody in their right mind should ever want them to win it. It also means United fans will probably stop singing the '20 times' song and will make their awful season worse.

Glad we agree on something at last!

So this happened. Stuck it on after the Liverpool game (Alexis Mac Allister is a lovely player to watch). I've never seen a team with United's resources defend or play like they do. It's almost impossible to fathom how they can be this bad. The same goes for Chelsea as well, though - a team with a midfield allegedly worth around £300 million that provides no cover for its backline, which has at least three players in it that can't or won't defend.

Kris Statlander is just great. There's no excuse why Khan hasn't tried to make her a huge star, especially now she seems to be injury-free. That's an excellent little segment.

Tony Khan should have just left it alone. Punk barely said anything that everyone didn't already know. Just real small dick energy coming off that Edge promo.

I think it's a problem across all of wrestling right now. Almost all the best promos are the older stars. It's why when someone like MJF comes along he stands out more because he's genuinely good. I just don't know if they're working enough on them across the business. Maybe they need to do more pre-recorded stuff rather than in-show interviews because you can paper over cracks more easily there. The standard is pretty bad in WWE and AEW, and NXT doesn't suggest the next generation are going to improve that.

CW is content warning. I'm assuming she's with Petrovic (who looks *really* good) because they're both Canadian, otherwise what the fuck is the point. Ruca did another spot in the match, a handspring across the top rope into a DDT that's also excellent. She's a great athlete and hits the ropes and her moves well but I'd say she's a couple of years off being sharp enough for the main roster. Apparently she's only been wrestling 2 years and she missed almost half of that with an injury so she's doing alright, considering.

Anyone still watch this? I caught an episode out of curiosity and it was pretty good. Standout was this cracking little match. CW: Natalya. Sol Ruca and Blair Davenport had a good one as well. I wouldn't stick it on every week, like, but I'm going to add it to my Bleacher Report results list.
