I've only watched a couple of AAA shows or read about what's been going on, but I still didn't skip a minute of it, which I'm prone to do these days. Even right up the end, the loser made his speech and left and still looked absolutely raging that he lost. Great stuff all round! Quote

The last time everyone on here raved about a WWE match (Punk vs Reigns), I gave it a try and could not see what everyone else saw. It didn’t click for me at all. This though? God, pro wrestling's so fucking good when it's done right, isn't it? The "El Grande Americano" saga needs to be studied. A dud, card-filler in the United States. A hate filled blood feud in Mexico. AAA has been consistently great for a while now and I have been looking forward to this show for weeks. Gable and Kaiser more than delivered in the biggest match of either of their respective careers. Hats off to the so-far 2026 Booker of the Year (and it's not even close) The Undertaker too. It's been one hell of a ride. El Grande Americano v Dominik Mysterio should be all kinds of fun. Quote

Kaiser is fluent in Spanish, and got over massively speaking spanish in AAA, orginally as a rudo, but people loved him as "Any man can be Mexican" so became a tecnico, then Gable came back and wouldn't speak the lingo and twatted the Blind, Exoticos, and women. And it worked, as Unico Grande had a aserenata last week. So yeah, the Rudo to Tecnico was essentially a happy accident. And notice he wore El Santo's colours last night.
