Bored at work today and started doing the Mr Perfect pen flip.

I, ahem, "perfected" it years ago. One flick, a full rotation of the pen, catch it like you were writing. I can do it almost 100% of the time (which, for my dyspraxic arse it quite the feat)

Sadly, I've never been able to do the "flip the tea towel round my back and catch it with my other hand" or "Spitting my gum out and twatting it away with my hand" but, hey, one out of three is not bad.

So, come on, share the "stuff from wrestling what you can do."

The People's Eyebrow? The Worm? The HHH "spit water and then snort it out of your nose" bit?

We're a talented bunch, between us we must be able to do a fair few I reckon.

Go.

I can do all the well known wrestling hand gestures (two sweet, Superfly’s ‘I Love You’, 4 Horsemen, Undisputed Era’s cross hands making the U and E etc) but for whatever reason I can only do Vader’s on my left hand, my right hand just can’t stay steady enough, either the second last finger bends downwards or the pinkie spreads out

I can do it for the Rock and run over aggressive bald men with an unhealthy relationship with alcohol.

Not sure if it counts but me and my sister used to recreate the entire Macho Man & Elizabeth proposal scene as kids as a party piece. I was made to re do it again at my 40th last year.

I can do the razor Ramon toothpick throw with amazing accuracy, and am constantly hitting my mates in the face with them sometimes from decent distances.

I also always answer the phone with Hey Yo.....

I don't know if it's good or not but I often do the Paul Bearer "ooohhh yyeeaahh"

I once worked with a guy, didnt get to know him properly for a good few weeks/months due to one thing or another. We happened to realise one day that we both liked Wrestling and had been fans since the 80s. Next time we saw each other we both went for a Mega Powers handshake. Also 25 years ago I could hit a pretty decent Swanton from the couch onto a mattress on the floor. I haven't tried it recently but given how much effort it is getting in and out of cars now I dont fancy my chances.

If we count moves, I used to throw a decent dropkick.

Nobody ever escaped my crossface chicken wing once I locked my fingers either. Though I am going back to Year 9 with that one.
