Yeah i'm on the side of this being probably a bigger part of it than anyone might have thought. His horrible little arseholes face when he's describing the two minds thing or the glee in him telling everyone they wouldn't understand speaking out of the other side of your mouth as a businessman when what he's describing is just cognitive dissonance and 'being a cunt'. Especially shallow when the rest of the documentary is made up of some of the biggest lying wankers alive.

The weirdest thing for me was that they casually accused him of helping cover up Nancy Argentino's murder and then just didn't acknowledge it at all for the rest of the show. Surely covering up a fucking murder is a slightly bigger deal than his relationship with Hulk Hogan or whether he was right or wrong in the Montreal Screwjob?

I found this interesting because it was Shane who went up to Vince and almost forced the hug on him, but they tried to frame it like it was Vince who hugged Shane. Vince never initiated the hug - he just awkwardly accepted it because there were cameras, a dozen people, and Shane's kids watching.

They made it out like Vince finally gave Shane a hug after all these years. A small detail I know, but it's kinda important who initiated it when the entire segment was based around it.

I felt this way about almost everyone that featured. Just the saddest, lamest, thickest, slimiest, most boring weirdoes alive. No wonder Vince reigned as King. Whilst I agree to a point, I still think the psychology of how these people interacted with and enabled Vince is the interesting part and they didn't really get into it. Or not properly.

That said, Bret is a fascinating man. I laughed at something he said practically every time he was on screen.

Honestly, I don't even know what he's angry about. It's like he worked himself up into being angry in advance, and then just went with that in spite of all evidence.

It wasn't openly fawning, sure, but it was a pretty bland, non committal retelling of what happened over the past 40 years or so.

The things that embarrassed him or incriminated him most are things that came out of his own mouth; "I didn't rape her... but couldn't go to prison anyway mate" or "I didn't see Mark get hurt, I think he was just sad" or "Sable? Sued me? I don't remember that!"

Yeah, I’m starting to wonder if Netflix sent Bruce and Vince a completely different screener to what they eventually put out, just to wind them up. Their anger is wildly disproportionate.

Considering the material covered, imagine the, “gotcha piece,” they could have done. Instead of getting Stephanie to tell the same story from the McMahon DVD, “LOL he wanted to do a storyline where he impregnated me,” someone could have asked, “hey, remember when you compared the terrorist attack on September 11th to your Dad’s steroid trial? That was fucking mental, wasn’t it?”
