They seem to be squabbling more and more often in the last year than any other period in the past. It makes for horrible listening. Dave clearly annoys Bryan now and it’s like hearing your parents argue before they sit you down for the big talk. Quote

I've heard them separately on things (Meltzer when he's guested on stuff, Alvarez when he reviewed prestige shite era TNA and was losing his will to live), but the idea of both sounds so unappealing. Meltzer does show with Garrett Gonzalez on that site and they are perfectly fine. Meltzer and Alvarez have been doing shows together since the late 90’s so i think they’ve naturally run their course. I'd never even heard of this match before, and it seems to land slap bang in when I was buying loads of indie tapes. Its like two CZW level idiots planning the maddest spots you could ever imagine in a ladder match, and hitting them perfectly without killing each other. With next to selling and a rubbish ending. Well between Taker keep shoehorning his ‘but the business isn’t like that anymore’ shite in and Michelle McCool keep piping up acting like she was there on the road ‘paying her dues’ in the mid 90s, I gave up about halfway through. Should’ve known better. I’ll stick with New Gen re-listens and Wrestle Me from now on. Quote
