OK I must admit I was wrong about this theme on first listen because I loved the Gunns’ previous theme so much and I don’t like change. It is actually tremendous and sounds like a lost DJ Premier beat: 

And, like their previous theme, it of course accompanies one of the best entrances in wrestling: 

Can’t wait until Juice is back to complete it.

Further evidence that he’s got the best music in the biz. Orange Cassidy turning up at Rev Pro yesterday, getting the big pop as his music kicks in. Love it.

I think I slept on this banger while AJ was in New Japan, probably because it was overshadowed by Subconscious and others.

Puts me in mind of end boss video game music until the vocal kicks in.

Kenny Omega's Cleaner entrance

It wasn't this one I saw first, but it's pretty similar, and it's the only version I can find. It's exactly the right mix of wrestling epic, completely daft and overblown, 80s action movie gear. When he starts marching with the broom in time to the fucking FF7 music, you know you're in for a ride. As much as I still like Kenny Omega, I don't think anything he's done has made me grin like this entrance.

I really love Kevin Nash's 2003 WWE theme which sounds like a more epic version of his Diesel theme.

For a long time it was the DX theme until Bobby Roode - Glorious Domination.  A close second would have to be Hey You by Steve Vaus (Cactus Jack's entrance music from King of the Deathmatch 1995)

Roode's theme is great. 

 

Mine would have to be Cactus Jack's porno theme from the late 90s. Its such a banger.
