Been watching the Fieldhouse attempt and it is so hilarious to see them tackle it in a much more professional way while ripping the piss out of Geowizard the whole time. Enjoyed the Fieldhouse attempt a lot, cracked me up every time they'd start singing the Geowizard theme. Quote
Merzbow Posted November 16, 2024 Posted November 16, 2024 He seems a lot better on this current Cornwall run, part two takes a funny and very strange but genuinely lovely turn which I won't spoil but it's worth watching. Quote
Members SuperBacon Posted November 16, 2024 Author Members Posted November 16, 2024 Yeah I really enjoyed that as well. Much like the Birmingham one, he seems to be a lot more relaxed and not as pressured as the straight line ones became, which seemed a massive chore for him as well as us. Quote
Merzbow Posted November 30, 2024 Posted November 30, 2024 (edited) A little bit different, her videos popped up in my recommendations and she seems more inspired by Atomic Shrimp (who's also done walking videos). She definitely needs to prepare more on future walks but she did make preparations to stay in a church for one of the nights. Edited November 30, 2024 by Merzbow Quote
Paid Members JNLister Posted December 2, 2024 Paid Members Posted December 2, 2024 If you're wondering how Geowizard is going to die, he had a sudden "brainwave" during a Geoguesser video when he realised/noticed that when you give your answer it doesn't just show the distance from your guess to the actual location, but display it on the map as a straight line. He's now trying to figure out how to use that to create a straight line walk that balances being created this way in a genuine manner and being a realistic challenge. As his first two tries were 28 miles in Iceland including a mountain bigger than anything in Britain and then a 47-yard walk straight down a road in Sweden, this idea may take some time to come to fruition. Members SuperBacon Posted January 21, 2025 Author Members Posted January 21, 2025 Tom gets dropped off blindfolded and has to make his way home. Verity is REALLY trying to get rid of him isn't she? Quite enjoyed this one again. He seems to have got over his "twat" period. He admits he got the idea from the absolutely gorgeous Wildbeare, so enjoy Quote

Members SuperBacon Posted April 8, 2025 Author Members Posted April 8, 2025 This is absolutely shit. He also makes an incredibly off colour Moors murders joke that I'm amazed he left in. Looking CM Punk rough as well, being a new Dad clearly knackering him. Shame as I've enjoyed the last few but there is nothing here. Quote
Paid Members JNLister Posted April 8, 2025 Paid Members Posted April 8, 2025 Pah, straight line is so 2023. It's all about the source-to-sea these days. Quote

Not content with ruining Verity’s weekends he had to go and ruin her entire life did he? Quote
Moderators neil Posted August 25, 2025 Moderators Posted August 25, 2025 He's dropped a "no roads mission" across London. Classic Tom as usual, declares a few rules "No trespassing" and "Nothing illegal" and then immediately is trespassing and doing illegal things. But what he really meant was his definition of what that is. I haven't finished watching it, but he also hilariously assumed something was a bridge across a river. There was no bridge. Quote

This is absolutely shit. I don't want to be a wet blanket or anything but there is a world of difference between walking across Welsh farmland and climbing over bloody schools and communal gardens in London. Even if you haven't gone into someone's actual garden, imagine seeing a man climb about fences and into construction yards and the like. You'd be pretty shook up. I know I would be. I was genuinely a bit pissed off watching this, and am not going to finish it. Also hilarious that he thought Easter weekend would be quiet. Yeah course mate, only one of the busiest cities in the world. All the Londoners famously stay indoors or go away for the weekend for Jesus. Quote
