Getting to a point if you flipped me upside down, I think I'd have as much hair as right way up. 

This beard is quickly becoming my pet project for the rest of the year. Also the mysterious lighting I was in a few weeks back that made chunks of it look grey doesn't happen in Spoons, so more sad pubs, less boujee gig venues. 

Currently on last checking now well over 3 stone down on my weight from last year. Clothes that didn't fit before now don't fit for the opposite reason, and my friends won't stop the "oh you look so good, well done" which slithers my brain and will eventually end up with me shaving all my head again but yeah proud that I look and feel healthier and it's noticed and I'm feeling better for it. 

Maybe I will have my glory years in my mid 30s.

Me now after now losing 2.5 stone. At 45 nearly 46 it's my lightest weight since I was 25. Feeling pretty good about my appearance
