And even if Rojo was being racist, as disgusting as that would be, it wouldn’t really be fair to punish Moreno for something his teammate did. All that said, I’d be all for going the Figgy vs Kara-France route next and doing Moreno vs Pantoja or someone. I love Flyweight at the moment but it’d be even better if they could break out of the Groundhog Day thing they’ve got going on in the title picture currently. I know he’s booked against Lauzon but that didn’t stop them pulling Rothwell from the Gus fight to sack him. You just never know. Shame really. Oliveira’s not on a good run but they’ve kept some right shite on the roster on losing streaks who aren’t nearly as entertaining to watch. His last fight with Kevin Holland was ace as well. At a time when we’re seeing stuff like Aspen Ladd vs Norma Dumont as a 5 round main event, and looking at how weak this Saturday’s card is, it’s hard to think there isn’t still room on the roster for a guy like Cowboy Oliveira.
