Fantastic Cesaro/Kidd match on last weeks episode. Does everyone else see what Regal sees in Roman Reigns?

Not on that one match, no. About as impressive as Luther Reigns.

[Mr_Danger]

Big E has to be a contender to Bobby Lashley's title of 'most unlikely sounding voice based on appearance.' He speaks like Carlton Banks.

Talking of crappy promos...

Did anyone else feel somewhat let down when Roman Reigns cut his promo? I actually thought he looked pretty good in his match the week before (once I stopped laughing at the announcers putting over how anticipated it was - despite having never heard of the bloke).

His promo was super-bland and he sounded like every other chump they churn out. What's happened to the wrestlers with distinctive voices? Guys like Rude, Perfect, Jesse, Jake, Austin, Piper, Flair, DiBiase etc.. you could tell by their voice who was talking within the first few words, without even looking.

It could be worse I suppose. If everyone acted like Leo Kruger and put on a silly voice, everyone would sound like a total spaz, and not just him.

Anyone know what happened to it tonight on Sky?

I looked earlier and this weeks NXT followed Raw at 1am ...now it 'This Week On Raw' followed by 'WWE From the Vault' (im guessing thats a WWE Vintage mini edition)

WWE taped another three episodes of NXT from Full Sail University in Florida last night. Here are spoilers (Brits in bold)...

<-- click on 'spoiler' to show/hide the spoiler

Episode 1

* Antonio Cesaro defeated Michael McGillicutty.

* Bo Dallas beat Axl Keegan. Bo cut a promo after the match and challenged any WWE Superstar to a fight.

* Corey Graves defeated Yoshi Tatsu.

* Roman Reigns beat Gavin Reid. Byron Saxton interviewed Reigns after the match.

* Tyson Kidd beat Leo Kruger by submission. Kassius Ohno attacked Kidd after the match and Kruger joined him. William Regal came from commentary and made the save to pull Kidd out of the ring.

Episode 2

* Paige defeated Sasha Banks in her TV debut, the former Mercedes KV.

* Bray Wyatt came out to cut a promo and from the stage watched Rowan defeat Oliver Gray. Wyatt then announced that Rowan was the Second Son of his Wyatt Family stable.

* Dusty Rhodes came out and cut a promo. He talked about Vickie Guerrero's bounty on Big E Langston and actually called her a b---h but apologized. Camacho came out and wants the bounty. He threatens Dusty and out comes Langston. Langston vs. Camacho and an opponent of his choice is announced for next week.

* Backstage segment with World Heavyweight Champion Big Show. He accepts the challenge from Bo Dallas.

* NXT Champion Seth Rollins defeated Jinder Mahal. Corey Graves, who watched the match from the crowd, had words with Rollins after the match.

Episode 3

* The Usos beat Primo and Epico with Rosa Mendes. Ascension appeared on the big screen after the match and had words for The Usos.

* Big E Langston beat Aiden English and Camacho in a handicap match. This match was all Big E squashing English for the win.

* Kassius Ohno beat Percy Watson.

* Jim Ross interviews Seth Rollins. Corey Graves interrupts and attacks Rollins. Graves declared he would be the next NXT Champion.

* Big Show beat Bo Dallas with the WMD punch.

It didn't record for me either even though next week's episode is showing as series linked. Looks like there's a showing Saturday night /Sunday morning after midnight.

[Mr Butternut Squash]

Is Wyatt still injured? Whys he only managing?

Thanks for that heads up, gutted when it hadn't recorded this morning.

Yeah, still injured.

What the hell have they done to SJK? (now Corey Graves) Those jeans were atrocious, and that spiked up hair doesn't suit him nearly as well as his long hair.

[Mr Butternut Squash]

I liked the look. At least he stood out a bit.

[Daaaaaad!]

Congratulations on talking out your arse. Corey Graves has been going with that look since about a year before 1PW closed its doors the second or third time. It's nothing "they" did to him, it's a look he established. Seems to be working for him too.

[Mr Butternut Squash]

Think I've got a bit of a man crush on this Corey fella. The crowd are already into him cos he's the only guy on the entire roster that seems in tune with the real world. I meet dirty hipster types all the time that look just like him. I don't know much about Cassius Ohno and didn't follow him on the indies but he already comes across like a future big time player. He's like a lovechild of Cactus Jack and Richard Kuklinski.

It's a shame nobody watches this, it's so fresh compared to the rest of WWE.

[Mr Butternut Squash]

I was impressed with the little Roman Reigns promo this week, first time I've seen real star potential in him.

Is there any word on when they're gonna bring Paige up onto the roster? She would have no problem in being a Lita-style star. And she's fucking hot (despite the Sheamus treatment).

I can't get enough of Bray Wyatt. Every time them ominous guitar chords kick in I mark out. Feels good man. This stable of worshippers/mentals/inbreds/wife murderers is pretty interesting and him sitting by the entrance in his rocking chair looks boss. Leo Kruger on the other hand is hilariously bad. He's like one of those stupid ideas that would pop up in 93-96 for a couple of weeks and fail in every way and be swept quietly under the carpet.

Rollins/Mahal has to be the best Jinder match there has been.
