Â Although the micro blog is something in common with Facebook (your status), Twitter otherwise functions differently, you can choose to follow people and they don't have to follow you back unlike on Facebook you are a friend, making it a two way thing. Â You may follow 10 people or follow 100 people and they might not be following you. I mainly use Twitter to help promote my MMA and UFC blogs. Originally I was just following those in the industry to be up on the latest news and didn't intend to follow many Tweeters but now I generally always follow people back unless it seems to be spam.
