David Posted April 23, 2013 Share Posted April 23, 2013 I didn't know if the actual Boston thread was the right place to discuss the conspiracy theories that are now doing the rounds, so I thought I'd stick this one in here.  Basically, there are reports going around, mainly because of this video, which is of a naked dude being taken into custody on the same night that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was arrested, in the same town of Watertown, and at roughly the same time, that something isn't quite right with how this situation supposedly played out.  If you've seen the mortuary photos of Tamerlan that were doing the rounds recently, you'd have to ask what the fuck happened to him after he got arrested? Yeah, that's the official line, isn't it? Such mundane chat belongs in the factual thread, not in here where links to Alex Jones website rule the day. The conspiracy here is that the guy in the photos taken above is Tamerlan, and that he wasn't shot or run over by his brother, but rather done away with by the FED's after they arrested him. I remember seeing those guys handing out leaflets in Glasgow city centre! We had a good laugh at them, with all their crazy talk of well known celebrities and politicians being involved in a child abuse scandal! That is one of the stupidest conspiracies I've read, and that's saying something because I've read a lot of them. You have to admit, the guy in the images looks a lot like him (hair colour, height, build, he's even wearing similar clothing to what he wore at the actual marathon), and for it to happen in the same town, on the same night, at the same time is pretty unnerving. Build wise there isn't much comparison either, naked guy is absolutely ripped, look at those bi's and delts, he was probably thrilled to strip off and get on TV. The guy in the first picture looked tubby, and I saw the video live as well. Â Just seems like the usual flimsy connect the dots style theory while yelling PROVE ME WRONG OR ITS TRUE. Not to mention the reports from all the eye witnesses who saw that guy getting arrested and stripped who turned out to be completely unconnected. I read a few myself, just from journalists' twitters who were live on the scene. I'm sure there were plenty more. Â Funny thing was, as I was following the feeds, one of the journos specifically addressed this later because he knew it would get jumped on by the conspiracists.
