What does B&Q stand for?

B&Q was founded in March 1969 in Southampton by Richard Block and David Quayle. The store was originally called Block & Quayle, but this was soon shortened to B&Q.

Thanks for the Eye Toy tip Gaz, that hadn't even crossed my mind

Something thats been bugging me for a while. I want to know the name of a show, and some info on it.The show i think was on ITV, and it was a kids show in the early ninties (probably, this is all from my memories of watching it!). I think it was presented by a rat, in a sewer (not Roland), and it had little mini-shows on it. The only one i remember being Wee or Pee-Man, which was a mickey-take of He-Man.Thanks in advance to anyone that can help!

Why have the workmen on my estate insisted on starting their drilling work at 6am in the bloody morning yesterday and today?

Ive got a similar problem with the builders next door, exept they always seem to finish the loudest work at around 12ish, and they've ben at it for 2 months so far, its almost like there just doing it then to piss people off.Ok, quick question, I leave my PC on pretty much constantly (with occational restarts when it slows down a bit), but sometimes it can be on download for about a week solid. When I was growing up leaving the computer on overnight was a big no-no, but with newer PCs (this was top of the range about 7-8 months back from Dell) is it OK to leave them on for such long periods of time, or am I still buggering up my computer somehow?

Quick answer no with a but, Long answer Yes with a but.Keeping your computer on constantly will do it no immediate harm. However, make sure the cooling system is adaquate. Most PC's have a failsafe system built-in. The only real damage will be the fact that your components will wear out much faster, so backup your HDD.
