Feel a little bit late to the party, but in response to posts from @DavidB6937, @Joe Blog and @deathrey, I'm a high school English teacher. Got into it in my mid-thirties after a failed attempt in my early twenties and have been doing it, training included, almost a decade now. It's a difficult job, sometimes very exhausting emotionally and psychologically, but also very rewarding. I liken it sometimes to meals you have at a restaurant: you remember the bad ones more distinctly than the good ones sometimes when you shouldn't. It's the epitome of a vocation - you have to want to do it. If you're only half in then you shouldn't continue with it. Happy to chat with anyone about it.

As far as dream job, I would love to spend my time looking at and reviewing all the goofy stuff I'm into: cartoons, wrestling, documentaries, TV shows and films, toys, etc. A bit postmodern and with a sense of humour. I do think sometimes about creating a YouTube counterpoint to Billy Moore's channel too, something less against the left and more about showing the good things in our land than the urban wasteland he presents ("Let's take a shot at foreigners while showing that the worst people are of this country.").
