Yeah, I love Bret. Not as much as CM Punk loves Bret (thus proving my crap joke does work!), but he’s one of my all time faves and is historically the rightest man in pro-wrestling.

But fucking hell, Hitman! How can you possibly be shocked when this company still fucks you over? There’s something almost admirable for Bret to spend decades burying Hunter, rolling his eyes at him at the Hall of Fame, only to be aghast when they pull some petty bullshit. “I finally realised they don’t fully appreciate me.” There were a couple of hints reaching all the way back to 1997, Bret.

More Unreal footage I need in my life. Hunter explaining, “sorry Bret, no seats for you tonight, standing room only!” Only for it to cut to the wide shots, showing all the tarps.
