This seems pretty standard, especially for America which has a legal system much more open to this kind of ligitation. I don't think it's wildly beyond probability that he did get hurt, that he didn't make a fuss at the time in hopes it wouldn't harm his working opportunity, and when that didn't work out took it to litigation. If this injured him and contributed to medical expenses and time off work then he's right to do it, and I hope he gets that covered. And it won't hurt to reinforce among the performers that anything like this should be cleared fully beforehand. Unfortunately for Dev, I don't think that this should lead to Mox's death by firing squad. If it was unplanned, it was a minor thing in the heat of the moment that the vast majority of the time would have led to nothing. Chances are this gets settled out of court and remains in the public discourse for the next hundred years, with people's opinions on it almost entirely decided by whether they like AEW or not (not this lovely place, of course) Quote
