To be honest, I’d be satisfied if these were the only two matches on the card - I’m absolutely buzzing for them.

My only complaint - and it’s an ongoing one for AEW - is that they keep scheduling these shows for Sundays, and I inevitably get something spoiled! 

I really hope they shift Collision to Thursday or even Friday. I don’t think they’d lose a single viewer to Smackdown, either the current state it’s in.

I mean you're not wrong, have them both longer matches with intros and include a casino battle royale in the middle of the two and there's a nice 3 hour PPV

It's a shame they've changed because the original Saturday PPVs were a great bonus of following AEW. I'd love to know the reason for moving. I know at times they were working around clashes with UFC and also real sports, and I suspect they are wary of being fucked with by Vince's lot. Maybe just easier to schedule Sundays far in advance, knowing it's unlikely to be a problem.

Outside of an Anarchy in the Arena match and FTR vs Garcia/Nigel I'm at a bit of a loss as to how they are going to fill this card out. Perhaps MJF vs Bobby Lashley? Toni Storm vs one of the girls from the 4 way on Dynamite. If they stuck to 7 great matches instead of 9 I would be much happier.

MJF and Wardlow vs Lashley and Benjamin for the tag belts, perhaps? 

I’m really uncertain as to where the MJF/Hurt Syndicate story is going, it’s pretty intriguing. 

I’m also wondering if Willow vs Shafir might be on the cards, as limited as Marina is.

Any chance they just put Willow and Shafir on the Anarchy in the Arena teams and let everyone fight (with the women mostly paired off?)

I remember them doing two sets of intergender tags a while back (I wanna say Sammy Guervara/Tai Mellow vs. Ruby Soho/Someone??) where the TV one was very segregated but the PPV (zero hour) follow up was much more mixed. It's not outlandish to infer that on TV they don't want such things (even Mox DDTing Willow was played somewhat accidental/heat of moment) but away from advertisers and tv contracts they're less fussed.

I know the arguments around intergender stuff go way beyond simply "corporate doesn't like it" but I just noticed Willow was chatting about "the deathriders" in her last promo rather than "Marina" and obviously they've been having Marina attack men

I'm not fully sure I want to see this... but it just seemed a little noticeable Willow being against Deathriders along with the fact they easily could've announced that match at this point (although it's AEW.. announcing stuff early isn't exactly the brand).   Nonsense gimmick match would also cover Shafir's weaknesses and would make WIllow seem like a big fucking deal, being on team AEW, first woman to be in such matches and standing shoulder to shoulder/against most every main eventer...

Yeah I'm assuming this is what they'll go with. It's the best option, I think.

I've updated the card with the confirmed matches so far, I imagine the Anarchy in the Arena match/teams will be confirmed on Dynamite.

It's weird it's not available to buy on Triller yet, I can't ever remember them leaving it this late before.

Not sure if it's linked, but on Collision on Triller whenever they were advertising Double Or Nothing matches on the bottom lett corner it was all "whited" out so you couldn't see anything. Potentially seems like there's some sort of rights issue and Triller won't be carrying it.

It is available to buy on the Prime app if all else fails mind.

I did wonder if it might be a contract renewal issue with their PPVs, I'm holding out until Sunday as I'd rather use Triller since I have all the other PPVs there. Someone on Facebook asked Triller and they came back with:

It will be interesting to see what happens with the Triller/ITV renewals once their existing deals expire as HBO Max is meant to be launching in the UK early next year. I know currently Max can't air live programming but it must be something they're working towards.

I hope they sort the Triller thing out, otherwise I'll be torrenting my first show in about 5 years. I love AEW, but not enough to break my 'don't give Bezos any of my money' rule.
