"That Triple H was on it yesterday morning."

I love how everyone’s “That (wrestler’s name)” to parents. “Is That Cactus Jack still in it? Looks like he stinks him” was a regular from my mum for a few years. My old man also throws in the unnecessary “that” but his are almost always dead wrestlers, to the point he doesn’t even ask if they’re still wrestling anymore. It’s morphed into “is That Vader still alive?”

I only caught a bit of it, but Triple H appeared no more bored or bewildered than any other American guests that they've ever had on over the years, that have had to suffer through Tim Lovejoy's 'banter' and awful dress sense. HHH is actually pretty good in these situations, as he's quick witted and far less of a bonehead than the average wrestler.

Yeah, I thought he was fine. It was such a bizarre booking though - weirdly fascinating to see him in that environment, but I’m surprised that WWE didn’t put up someone like Cody or Miz - someone who is an old hand at that kind of show.

I swear I tell this probably 20 times a year on here but my Dad will ALWAYS ask about The Bushwhackers.

No Dad, they are not still wrestling ffs.

They should be booking people like him for this sort of shite IMO, had it been Chad Gable or Kwang or whoever you'd hear crickets. The head of the company absolutely should be made to peel apples and joke about John Jensen's Arsenal career with other bald men of a Sunday morning.

Just seen the report on the ITV evening news of Trips at the try-out sessions.

They interviewed a girl who's a Team GB runner, one of the Gladiators (it wasn't Wolf or Jet so no idea) and I didn't recognise anyone else.

Slightly bizarrely, and maybe it's just whatever footage they could lease, but they were talking about it not just being physical attributes, but also being able to do promos too - and then used some 1980's Hogan footage. And this was ITN, not even GB News!

It was Bionic, for my fellow UK Gladiator fanatics. I also noticed the new female Glad, Cyclone, was in the group of trialists.
