Wouldn't surprise me if it was Joe Dombrowski but - full disclosure - I'm basing that on on them both being Pennsylvania natives and working primarily in that area at the time. But then, given the amount of indies running Viking/Alhambra at the time, practically everyone not contracted to WWE or TNA was working in PA at the time....
