Paid Members Carbomb Posted Friday at 03:54 PM Paid Members Posted Friday at 03:54 PM Folk music legend Sandra Kerr has passed, aged 84. Most people will know her for having written the Bagpuss theme, among many others for the BBC. My childhood's taking a bit of a shoeing this week. RIP. Quote

She lived at the end of our street for a number of years when I was growing up, and she’d teach Northumbrian folk songs to classes at our school. Wonderful musician, lovely lady. Such a shame to hear this. Quote

SaitoRyo Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago No love for big, pervy Tinto Brass? To be honest, I thought he had already died, but he acually passed away yesterday at the age of 93. He started out doing avant garde stuff in the sixties and early seventies before going all-in on erotic cinema as the decade wore on. Probably best known for directing the big-budget and very controversial Caligula (with Malcolm McDowell and Helen Mirren), which is infamous for its unsimulated orgy scenes. Brass ended up disowning the version of the film that was released at the time, though the director's cut was later put out. Anyway, I've never been into his stuff, to be hoenst, but he was an interesting fella and certainly made his mark within the industry. Here's hoping there's some nice, firm tits and juicy arses wherever he is now. RIP Quote
