DRUM ROLL PLEASE........

Whilst the Chiefs failed attempting to make history at being the 1st team to 3peat, our own @hbk4life was more successful at their attempt at history and become the 1st to ever repeat and win back to back championships in our league so massive congratulations to them on a superb effort all season long

It was slightly closer than last season but still a winning margin of 29 points is impressive, despite going for the Chiefs in most categories, being the only person to pick Worthy and Elliott was inspired and ultimately the difference, they were also helped by being just a couple of seconds off the 1st Touchdown time and bagged the bonus 10 for being closest to that

I jumped into 2nd and got on the podium once again, thanks to being one of the 2 of us to back the Eagles heavily and I was helped by getting both the amount of Touchdowns and Interceptions correct, I must admit I feared not picking the Eagles for leading at the end of each quarter (I had them in 3 but a tie at the half) and missing that bonus was going to cost me the title but even with that addition I would have still been just short

A huge round of applause though to @johnnyboy who DID go with the Eagles winning each quarter and thus the bonus 20, and that coupled with the bonus 10 for being closest to the total Yards (falling just 20 short) gave them a mammoth score of 132 and easily the highest score of the round being the only one to even break triple figures which saw them jump 3 spots into a podium place and just 2 points off 2nd in the end

@SpykeDudlei1 was the closest challenger heading into the Super Bowl who much like the Chiefs failed to mount a challenge and falls to 4th as a result scoring 60 points

That wasn't the lowest score however that honour falls to @Vegeta who scored 1 less with 59 and ends in 6th for the 2nd consecutive year as @seph had a nice week scoring 79 which was enough to move into 5th

@Dead Mike rounds off the scoring with a good effort of 70 and finishes 7th which is an improvement on their debut season last year

@Adam619, @Bradyisgod22 and @I Bent My Wookie round out the standings having missed the playoff rounds but all will be welcomed back next season if they wish

And that rounds off another season, Hope you've all enjoyed playing and look forward to doing it all again in 8 months time as @hbk4life will be looking to do what the Chiefs couldn't and 3PEAT

Horrifically late to the party but well done to @hbk4life and massive thanks for all the time @MVP RULZ puts in and sorting this for us! Sorry I missed a few playoff rounds and a few gameweeks towards the end gents,but real life got a bit in the way! Looking forward to having a tilt at the championship next season already though!

 

In NFL news what do we all think? My Titans take Carter or go QB and pick Ward at #1? Where does Stafford land? Kupp? Deebo? Landry from Tennessee is a nailed on trade for the Patriots I rekon and we should get some decent day 2 value for him.
