The point I’m making is that back then Batista and Orton were the chosen ones, whereas the fans wanted Daniel Bryan. The company and the fans were completely at odds. Now, other than for a crazy week where everyone’s heads fell off and Rock got a very rude awakening, Cody is the chosen one. He is Batista. He is John Cena. He is Roman Reigns. And the fans are happy as fuck to agree. Everyone is synchronised. Strap that man up, make sure his dog is somewhere safe, then set off a record-breaking number of fireworks. Quote

They just about got away with last year and kept Cody on a fantastic track to last till now, if Roman wins again it won't be backlash like last year it will be a negative/bad backlash.
