In the more immediate futureEdge and Christian. Â Can't remember if he's in or not but JBL as a Texan would be worth a shout for next years HoF I imagine sting, JBL and the free birds will make up the bulk of next Year. Are they just saving him for a year where they don't have a top guy to go on the basis that he's still quite young? If he's still doing the odd nostalgia match with Smash in community centres (and he is) he'll take their first offer and be grateful. Â I've honestly got no idea. He must've made a decent whack over the course of his career though and it's certainly possible that he's got enough saved to live comfortably. I could be wrong I've always got the impression that he's doing the odd nostalgia match because he enjoys it rather than because he desperately needs the money. Â I wasn't suggesting that he's going to demand Sammartinoesque money, or anything, but he clearly isn't a mark for the company and he might want more than their standard offer (which is less than Honky can get for an Indy show. Â They don't seem to like inducting people that are still active, since it's like an exclamation point on a career and it might seem to be an admission that a wrestler is past their best, if they're still going. This would however highlight the fact that Cornette hasn't gone in yet, and you can't talk about MX without Cornette. Is he on bad terms with WWE? I know he's very opinionated and rather blinkered in his views these days. Cornette aside, there are few tag teams more deserving. As long as they don't mention the New Midnight Express.
