Big Show's explanation for turning heel was ridiculous too. He saw that Cena and Ziggler were down and that his team weren't going to win, so he fucking punches his team mate? Well done mate, you're even more likely to lose now.

The point being, though, that he'd been told he'd be fired if his team lost. So faced with what appeared insurmountable odds, he decided to try to win favour with the people who had made the threat. I.E. "I helped you stay in power, so you won't following through on that firing threat for me, right?"

I was pleasantly surprised by that, actually - it beats what you usually get in wrestling, which is "Oh yeah, we were all in it together from day 1, I just spent 25 minutes beating up the guys I was secretly working with, including knocking one of them out & eliminating them (or were we all just pretending to fight, eh?) to make it look good. For some reason."

Yeah, Big Show's reasoning was sound. It made perfect sense -- he thought his team was going down the pan, so he switched sides to save his job. Doing the "I've done everything for you people, and you don't appreciate it" thing again is lame, but I'm just thankful it was Erick Rowan that came down to confront him.

Just got done watching Raw and that was lazy writing at it's fucking best. Starting this whole Anonymous GM is fucking pathetic. So it's back to "Can I Have Your Attension Please" every week again.  Only this time I think it's going to turn out to be Triple H that's supposed to be doing it from the HQ in Stamford.

The Anonymous GM thing next week is because Cyber Monday follows Black Friday in the real world. Yep, the three hour show finished with a bad pun being the build for next week. I should know, I specialise in bad puns.

Ah, one of those Raws. After months of heel authority, we get a cheesy face show. It wasn't bad, just meh. And considering they've got a PPV in 3 weeks, it did fuck all for TLC. Unless that was the build for Big Show vs. Rowan, Kane vs. Ryback and Rusev vs. Swagger. In which case. Shiiiiit.

The crowd was pretty quite to start with so starting with 35 minutes of promos just seemed to zap the life out of them. The first celeb segment was long and terrible. The anonymous GM returning is shite. Hopefully just a one nighter.

Harper vs. Ambrose looked great on paper but never got going. That finish was the worst. Just abysmal.

I enjoyed the Kane segments, they were fun and harmless. The Rusev stuff was OK and they did well not to kill his heat by having him show ass. Main event was a bundle of fun. Sandow carrying the toy belts was great. I IRS'd the match though.

All in all, a bit of a missed opportunity. I wanted to see Triple H take a pummelling and end up with a match at TLC. It was also a good opportunity to stack TLC in favour of the babyfaces to get fans excited. Giving Cena a shot at Triple H, Orton a crack at Rollins, Ziggler a shot at a title, etc would have made it a show to see.

The sting effect

WWE Raw on Monday, November 24 scored a 3.07 rating, up 12 percent from 2.75 ratings the past two weeks leading into Survivor Series.

Raw jumped above a 3.0 for the first time this fall season; it was the highest rating since July 21.

The key was a big jump in the males 18-49 demographic. Raw scored the highest m18-49 rating also since July 21, just slightly ahead of the post-Summerslam demo rating.

With talk of Cena not having anything yet for TLC (someone mentioned a three way vs. Rollins and Ziggler for the MITB case, which doesn't appeal to me and with Cena being #1 contender already, it makes no sense)

With Vince making John Cena the only person who can bring back HHH/authority, and seen as Cena somehow had the authority to put Daniel Bryan in charge of RAW for the night (did he say Cena did it, or did I imagine that?) could Cena maybe give HHH the chance to win his spot back in a TLC match against Cena? I'm assuming that Brock isn't going to be back beforehand which means he'll most likely be facing Cena at the rumble, so they need a strong main event for TLC. Maybe have it be Cena's #1 contendership v HHH's chance of regaining authority. I'm not saying that HHH would win the #1 contendership, he could just name one when he's back in power.

And on top of that, you have to fit Orton in somewhere and a returning Roman Reigns

It's like they thought fuck it, viewing figures will be up anyway cos people will be expecting an appearance by Sting after yesterday, so who cares if the show is actually any good.

Thought HHH doing Jack Nicholson in his promo was just bizarre.

Was the Cyber Monday thing mentioned at the end just to do with the computer being in charge next week? Or is the Cyber Sunday style show returning for a week?

Also, I don't mind the anonymous GM being back for week. Your just all moaning bastards.

I didn't mind the anonymous GM the first time round. It gave them a lot of possibilities with which way they wanted to go with it. Shame they just seemed to forget about it and then told everyone it was Hornswoggle for no reason whatsoever.

If its a one night thing then so be it. I'm still trying to get my head why Vince would put The Authority in a position of losing control and then being "disappointed" at them. If you don't want to be disappointed in them losing control, don't put them in a position were they can lose it

It seemed that he was hoping to see that they were ready to take control of the company. To see if they are/were as ruthless as he is. Maybe the end result of this in the long run is him stepping down.

Makes you wonder what angle they'll go with to say goodbye to Vince.

- Heartfelt farewell promo in Madison Square Garden.

- Triple H and Stephanie turn on him and beat him down.

- John Cena FU's him into the back of a wheelie bin wagon.

- Dixie Carter shows up on Raw.

- Limousine explosion.

- Shane McMahon returns as the kayfabe owner of WWE.

- On-screen arrest as part of a historical case against him and Macho Man double teaming a young Stephanie.

- Has his body frozen in the ring on live programming: promises to come back in 1,000 years.

- Sits in the ring for an entire 3 hour Raw and tells the story of WWE.

- Loses a 'must leave' match and a Make a Wish kid gets the chance to say "You're fired".
