Face looks like he can easily pull off "cunning" and "lecherous." So without knowing anything else about the bloke, I'm going to take a punt and say "good casting."

looks like Gregor "the mountain" Clegane has been recast again as well:

http://winteriscoming.net/2013/08/mountain-recast/

That's actor #3 for that part after Conan Stevens in S1 and Ian Whyte in S2 (the character didn't appear in S3)

and also Tommen has been recast with Dean Charles-Chapman who has already been in the series as Martyn Lannister

Other announced S4 cast:

Roger Ashton-Griffiths (Gangs of New York) as Mace Tyrell

Pedro Pascal (Graceland) as Oberyn Martell

Indira Varma (Rome) cast as Ellaria Sand

Mark Gatiss (Sherlock) as someone yet to be announced

The original Daario was terrible, Im glad to hear they have recast the part.

Definitely, he was bloody awful. The new mountain looks the part, still a shame they couldn't hold onto Conan Stevens though, he was terrifying.

They really need to get actors locked up long term. I imagine they have with the main characters but it's pretty ridiculous to have different guys playing the Mountain in each season.

Wonder if there's any chance they'll eventually recast any of the Stark kids? Maisie Williams (Arya) and the kid that plays Bran are clearly aging faster than the characters are supposed to have, how much time is supposed to pass over the course of the 5 released books? A year or so?

They're casting Indira Varma? She's the female Sean Bean - just the simple act of casting her is a spoiler that the character's going to die.
