MarkDallas
Im sure there was a dude called Danny Wolfe that wore green trunks with a 4 leaf clover design on the front at the right hand side. First guy I ever looked at on TV when I was really young and every single time thought "theres that Wolfe guy that never wins". Even the Fink sounded gutted when he announced his name. MON' THE WOLFE!!!

MON' THE WOLFE!!! Pretty sure you're getting confused between Brian Costello and Dusty Wolfe (refered to as Dale in the WWF at some times, due to Dusty Rhodes). Costello was the dude in the green trunks.

Paid Members Kaz Hayashi Posted December 11, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 11, 2011 Pittman was low card, but no jobber. Not at all. In 1996 he was still getting wins over the likes of V.K. Wallstreet. I'd say Powers wasn't one either in WCW really as he picked up wins with some regularity on Saturday Night and Pro. Renegade was very strongly pushed for a while, former TV champ. If your looking for WCW from that period you need to look more to Mike Tolbert, Chip Minton, Bobby Walker, Adrian Byrd, Rick Fuller and Disorderly Conduct. Doc Dean and Brookside as well. Hardbody Sex Offender Harrsion as well.  I mentioned Powers and was purely refering to him in WWF, hence the vid clip. I agree with you about WCW though, jobbers became a dying breed. I'd say they died out in 93-94'ish in WWF, at least when RAW started to take off more during its first year. spartan
Think Lee Scott is my all time favourite jobber just because of that pasting he took from Sid Vicious. The absolute definition of a squash match for me.Also loved Barry Hardy and Duane Gill when they used to team up. Other faves were Ricky Ataki, Bob Cook, Mike Sharpe in WWF. In NWA/WCW, loved some of the guys who attempted to have gimmicks like The Intruder, The Cuban Assassin, The Ding Dongs, Norman The Lunatic / Trucker Norm. Its amazing to watch Youtube and see how many one-time jobbers went on to become big name stars eventually. Grecian
Simon Dean in WWE. A genuinely talented guy, had a unique gimmick... Usually faced whoever was debuting, always lost, always made the other guy look great. Just what you want from a jobber.
Johnny_Lawrence
I always loved this guy : For a minute I thought that was Daniel Negreanu!

Paid Members TheBeard Posted December 12, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 12, 2011 Koko B'ware. He was over back in the day but never seemed to win any match I ever seen him in.
cobra_gordo
Just watched the first episode of Raw, those 2 jobbers that were destroyed by the Steiners were hilarously bad, definately not "favourite jobber" contenders though. Max Moon maybe? What about Crush's jobber phase?
Dean Saliba
I always had a soft spot for Rene Goulet but after reading his Wikipedia entry I don't think he can be considered a jobber.
PSF
How can anyone but the Brooklyn Brawler win this. Best jobber ever!
