Time Off Work

Recommended Posts

I have taken two weeks off work before I start my new job, which I was going to be spend with my girlfriend (however she broke up with me on the first day of my 2 week break.) I live in london, which has to be one of the best cities in the world but I have run out of ideas. I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas on how to spend my final week.

I have so far written a childs book, gone to a comedy club, completed Splinter Cell, caught up with friends I havent seen since mid last year, gone to three different shopping outlets and have even visited my friends in Liverpool.

The first thing I do when I get some time off work is write a child's book. Right after I've finished off a patchwork quilt with the local Women's Institute.

You need advice on how to kill a week???

Sleep as much as you can.

Watch all your DVDs.

Play all your video games other than Splinter Cell.

Watch as much and as varied porn as you can get your mits on and masturbate profusely.

Although to be fair, last time I was between jobs I only bothered doing one of those.

Coincindentally I started Splinter Cell again last night. I went through a phase of playing it nightly, but then ended up on the final level with piss all ammo at the save point, so I got frustrated at not being able to complete it.

I've had to go back to the beginning because I'm now totally cack handed with the controls.

I had two weeks off between jobs very recently. I filled the void with Inbetweeners marathons, taking advantage of the salad cart at my local Harvester, and creating me and a bunch of my mates on Smackdown vs Raw and pitting us all against eachother in death defying TLC matches. T'was a fun fortnight.

You have nothing to do and you live in London? Right I am going to set you a challenge.

Virtually everyday news broadcasters do an outside broadcast in the capital, your task is to hold up a "UKFF 4 Life" sign during a live update. If you can appear on BBC, Sky, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 news broadcasts you will go down as a legend. You will gain bonus points if you appear on an international news network like CNN, FOX.

Are you up for the challenge?
