Thing about Iron Man 3 was just how funny it was. The laughs in the cinema were huge. It's a damn likeable movie

I just thought it was pretty obvious it was trying to emulate the formula of the Avengers with the laughs but they weren't in the same league. I'm so surprised everyone rates it so highly, I should stop talking about it, I sound like a right miserable cunt. If Man of Steel isn't amazing I'll be inconsolable.

I thought the humour was a bit more adult orientated than The Avengers, and reeks of the great Shane Black, channeling his Last Boy Scout, Lethal Weapon and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang humour at points.

There's a video up showcasing a minute of each track of

.

The big stuff just sounds all the same as most of Zimmer's stuff, but I think I'm already falling in love with the more muted piano track that was over the start of the trailer. That's what he does best, a bit like 'Time' from Inception.

I definitely will not miss the old Superman theme, it's a great piece of music and it fit the character perfectly but it's time to let go of the past. Superman returns was scared to be it's own film, it was a wimpy tribute to the Christopher Reeve era films and it was much shitter for it. Reading talkbacks about Man of steel the amount of people saying they want them to use the old theme blows my mind, why would you use a nearly 40 year old theme for a new movie? Superman has been around for over 75 years, long before and long after the Christopher Reeve films, that theme represents him well in those movies but it's not attached to the character any more than the 60s Batman TV series theme is essential to Batman.

Porn producer Axel Braun has done it again and made an XXX parody of Wolverine, he's already done Batman, Superman, Spider-Man, the Dark Knight, Iron Man and the Avengers. In fact Vivid has it's own Vivid Superheroes banner that these are released under. I've seen the Batman one and it's pretty funny, a well observed parody of the 60s Batman TV series. I should check the others out seeing as how I love Superhero shit so much.

I love how the costumes are more like the comics than the movie ones. How the fuck does he get away with using all the real character names and stuff? can he use any copyrighted name as long as he puts 'parody' in the title?

I'm not sure about the copyright laws and stuff but Braun will just keep pumping these things out, so to speak, until somebody says something. It's the porn way.

He knows his stuff, though. His Saved By The Bell one was especially great. I don't think he's well liked in the industry - some say that these parodies are easy ways to make money and get AVN awards, but they are well made for what they are and they're a nice change from the usual soulless shagging.

He makes them on a small budget even for porn as well, mainly because Vivid spends most of its money on shitty celebrity sex tapes and forces him to make them for nowt.

Parody law falls under fair usage in the US (The same way people can use copyrighted clips on youtube as long as they use disclaimers / add thoughts and opinions to them) Its a massive grey area and complaints have been upheld, mainly in printed media) The only thing they cant use are Trade marked symbols (Batman logo etc) which they would get sued to high heaven for.

If they did ever get taken to court over it then the smut peddlers would have to explain exactly what they are parodying and what commentary they were trying to provide which would be fun.
