Paid Members bAzTNM#1 Posted October 7, 2009 Paid Members Share Posted October 7, 2009 (edited) When was the last time XWT opened for registration? A few days ago? Maybe Saturday. I registered then. Bugger i keep missing out by a few days. "XWT Classics" registration always seems to be open, for some reason. They have some good stuff up. Paid Members Statto Posted October 8, 2009 Paid Members Share Posted October 8, 2009 During Stone Cold's HOF induction video, what is the name of the artist/song that is played? Â If you're referring to the video I think you are, it's "Cult of Personality" by Living Colour - a fantastic song from a fantastic album, that used to be CM Punk's ROH entrance theme. Moderators PowerButchi Posted October 9, 2009 Moderators Share Posted October 9, 2009 Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on the European Wrestling Federation which was on Eurosport in the early 90's. I remember Orig Williams commentating, and their champion was a french bloke called Flesh Gordon, but that's all I remember. Â Any one able to help? [nothing]
Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on the European Wrestling Federation which was on Eurosport in the early 90's. I remember Orig Williams commentating, and their champion was a french bloke called Flesh Gordon, but that's all I remember. Any one able to help?  My memory is rather hazy, so some of this may have been twisted in my mind over the years.  The EWF is known as the Federation Europeenne de Catch in France, so you may get more/better info from searching for that. They had a deal with the CWA (Germany), who they also shared TV time with on Eurosport, who I think was a sponsor of both promotions and another deal with the UWA (Mexico) that saw a few of their guys on EWF shows. Flesh wasn't just the champion, he was also the booker.  I remember very few matches from it, but seem to recall a masked Regal (doing the Hellraiser gimmick), Danny Boy Collins, Dave Taylor Drew McDonald and many other Brits being on the show. Paid Members JNLister Posted October 11, 2009 Paid Members Share Posted October 11, 2009 Does anyone know if the Hamburg catch tournament, as described in Chris Jericho's book, is still going? Further details would be massively appreciated. Â Pretty certain it's not. As I remember it, Wanz stopped way back. Whoever was doing the tournaments in Bremen ran a few years longer but stopped around about the start of this decade and got into MMA.

Amazing_Red_Fan
Why did Ultimo Dragon leave Toryumon after it's 5th Anniversary show in 2004 and subsequently never wrestle on a Dragon Gate card after that? Â I understand he kept the trade marks and such and went to Mexico but I still don't know the real reason why he left. Â Help a brother out, cheers.
