  1. Just watched some clips this morning. Is Lio Rush the most exciting thing to happen to Lashley? I really enjoyed that segment. And good to see that triple threat match announced for Crown Jewel. I can't wait to see how they're going to make Roman win without it being a clean finish.

The celeb one with Coolio was brilliant as well. Coolio himself was gold and for a good week or so was purposely winding up the house 24/7 doing everything he could to get reactions. I know its childish really but watching him do silly voices and acting like nobody could touch him was great television.

That was the last series I watched properly and Coolio was hilarious in it. He got it. Its a TV show so have a laugh. I recall Tina Malone from Shameless bollocking him for something saying "no man speaks to me like that" and him being raucous and shouting "I just didddd!!!". Top trolling.

I remember Reg Holdsworth being on one year and getting pulled up by another housemate about latching on one of the women in the house and said it was okay because they all had lovely bottoms. Or something to that effect.

  4. There's not many biscuits I disagree with. Party Rings are the only truly shite one. I'm a lover of many a different type, dependent on mood. I could go on and on about the ones I enjoy so I'm just gonna review the last one I nibbled.

The missus gave blood other week and apparently they have all manner of delicious snacks at the donor centre she went. She was kind enough to bring me back a mint Club. Now I've not had one of these since the 90s. Its the sort of biscuit that reminds me going to my Gran's house as a kid (also see Montanas and Viscount) so it was a nice bit of nostalgia. As a kid it wouldn't be a go to bit of biscuit, but a 32 year old Maestro really enjoyed it. Worthy of an 8/10 rating.

We're all agreed Oreos are dogshit right?

I quite like the biscuity part of it but its the cream I'm not very fond of. Its got the false taste that a lot of American confectionery has. Definitely not a patch on our fantastic biscuits with filling.

Roast dinners are massively overrated and are a lot of faff for a meal that, compared to most other meals, is relatively tasteless.

I see where you're coming from, but as Hannibal Scorch said its down to the execution of it. A good quality joint of meat and effort put into it everything is what raises it from being average to amazing. I do agree with it being a lot of faff though.

There’s a house round the corner that new people have just moved in to. They have a shitty little yappy dog that they let out about 10:45 every night. It then barks and yaps loudly for 30 minutes whilst we’re trying to get to sleep. I just don’t get that. Can they not hear it? Is 10:45 not considered late by them? Or do they just think it’s OK and acceptable?

We have a similar situation in our area. Neighbours to the rear of our garden have a yappy dog that barks it's head off late every night for prolonged periods. It's a nightmare during the summer when we've got the window open. Someone even mentioned the dog on one of those spotted pages on Facebook (as informed by the missus) and the owners responded saying how mean everyone was when its only a 10wk old puppy. Even though the dog has done this every night since I moved here back in 2016.

I smashed a back tooth when I was 17 (a time in your life you really shouldnt be smashing teeth) eating a Double Decker. So they are safely outside the Champions League places in my league table.

I'm surprised at the love for the Double Decker on here. They are a proper tooth cracker and give your jaw the sort of work out that'd be great if you were planning a career in porn. Not for me Clive.

  11. The missus does a Lidl shop every Tuesday or Wednesday and it costs somewhere between £40 and £50 for the week for the three of us. Money wise, I think that's fantastic. The only extra thing we have to buy (I'm not counting nappies, wipes, etc) is lactose free milk from one of the bigger supermarkets but that's usually done in bulk. I think a big reason we do well with it is that I get free lunch with work everyday which obviously saves the pennies.

  12. Boost is best. Chocolate, biscuit, caramel. A bit more substantial that your standard choccy bar but not as heavy as a Snickers. Beautiful. I noticed that there's a high protein version out now which is perfect if you want to pretend to be healthy whilst getting your chocolate fix. Winner!

Where has this perception come from that Daniel Craig's Bond films have been more action-based than the predecessors. Since On Her Majesty's Secret Service, they have ALL been "actiony".

I think they're viewed as being grittier than the Brosnan era of Bond films. I'd still say the darkest Bond film is License To Kill. Barring that strange scene involving ninjas for no reason.

Had a scollop as well, but ate it on the way home.

Good man. Is it bad that this is making me hungry as I read this at ten past seven on a Saturday morning?

Also gotta commend the pre-meal scollop. I feel this is an underrated and key part of a chippy tea. I always get one to whet the appetite on the journey back from the chip shop. It's like food foreplay before getting down to the main event.
