Del Rio is bloody impressive in some regards. He's been with Paige 10 minutes and already has got her to get his name tattooed on her, seemingly willing to give up a well paid dream job for him and also apparently into the Colombian Marching Powder.

If I had that sort of influence and control over my wife, life would be a lot more bearable

    Yeah. You're a cunt.

Bit harsh! Get a sense of humour!

  2. I hate seating plans at work, especially when they get swapped round for no reason. In a place where I used to work, my slug-like team leader used to have them all the time. I'd make it known that I thought she only did them to justify her own position because she didn't do much work apart from berate people.

  3. I don't quite get all the Cesaro hatred on here. I think a lot of it is down to him bring perceived as popular amongst the IWC.

He's solid in the ring but awkward on the mic. Like a lot of wrestlers. No way should he be at the top of the card, but he's handy as a midcarder who poses the occasional threat to higher tier guys.

  4. Bought this after discovering that there was no disc in my case for it. She arrived today so planning to have a blast on it later this afternoon and we'll looking forward to it. It's the only game I think that I think that I can be bothered investing time in as a 30yr old bloke. Can't wait

  5. Max Power has named a few of the other gems I always used to sign. To Madeira and Mark Kerr are always class. Hadzhimehmovic was usually good but he'd sometimes be a mardy git wanting to leave due to being homesick. He'd then end up signing for another team in the same league like a Bosnian Robbie Savage.

  6. My favourite game ever. My greatest achievement was winning everything you could with Rushden & Diamonds. Always loved signing bargains to get to the top. My faves were: Hugo Pinhiero (GK), Mike Duff (RB) Patrick Erickson-Olsson (CB), Taribo West (CB), Jamie Victory (LB), Hakan Mild (DM), Justin Walker (CM), Stefano Selakovic (AM), Cherno Samba (ST), Kevin Kyle (ST) and loads of others I can't name off the top of my head. Good times.

  7. Plenty of dem do, and dey always get upset when dey think I'm having at go at dem. And I enjoy when that happens very much. But it was actually a pop at WWE's inability (or lack of desire) to come up with interesting characters/dynamics that aren't just Internet hate figures being overpushed and Internet darlings being buried. For fans who don't cry whenever an ROH alum loses a match or an ex-footballer wins one, there's almost nothing to get invested in.

I read more than I post on here and think you contribute a lot of good to this forum. But it seems like every second post you make is a knock on wrestling fans to the point it comes across as a bit obsessive. No offence like.

If the equivalent of an office junior grabs the millionaire owner of a company in front of the entire workforce and (in the owners head) embarrasses him you'd be lucky to see that office junior ever again, let alone after 60 days. I think people are forgetting Vince's actual position here because he so often (of his own doing in most cases) comes across as one of the boys. Can totally understand him using this to send a message.

Is it though? I get the point that you and others are trying to make here, but this is WWE, not RBS. Vince has made a woman get on all fours whilst barking like a dog and has had countless men's face shoved into his backside. You think that he'd have a sense of humour about most things. But he doesn't as he's a nutter. The only thing that I can say is that the timing of what Titus did was stupid. However, a 60 day suspension is completely over the top and is not justified. Send him home for a couple of weeks and let that be the end of it.

All those things happened as planned. What Titus did wasn't. What's so hard to get about that?

The point I'm making is that it's not a stuffy corporation. It's wrestling. You'd think that there'd be a little bit of leeway for minor things in a company where grown men roll around in their pants.

Still not bothered about watching any of the Inbetweeners movies. The show works in it's half hour format, but the idea of it being stretched out over 90 minutes does not appeal to me at all. Plus comedy shows very rarely make good movies. And comedy sequels are usually dreadful. There are probably exceptions to these rules but I can't think of any off the top of my head.

Police Squad -> Naked Gun Trilogy.

    Good example sir.

  12. It will always get compared to the the obviously superior original, but Predator 2 is still a good film. I found the ending to be corny when I was younger, but it's grown on me more over the years. I like Danny Glover in the lead and the supporting cast features a group of actors who appear in a lot of my all-time favourite action movies. There's plenty of violence and gore, unnecessary showing of titties, voodoo magic (mon) and Morton Downey Jr involved, so what's not to like?

  13. Sad news about James Garner but I think he'd been ill for a while. He always come across as very likeable in everything that I saw him in. I loved Rockford Files when I watched it as a kid and his bromance with Donald Pleasance in Great Escape is one of my aspects things about the movie. R.I.P.
