Da Stinga Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Guys without sky might wanna check http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ppv.php for updates on raw.
CracktonMoj Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 There are loads of stories about Vince doing nice things - he kept giving money to Fred Blassie, and I think did something for Droz too.
Paid Members Surf Digby Posted June 26, 2007 Paid Members Posted June 26, 2007 He made Droz a columnist on wwe.com, keeping him in employment.
KRS Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 He also funded Bam Bam Bigelow's funeral which I thought was a class act when I heard about it.
The Fireball Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 He kept Nowinski on the pay role after he got post-concussion syndrome
sean Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 I duno what to say, I just turned on Raw, havnt been on the net since yesterday morning so didnt have a clue.I am just lost for words right now. FuckRIP to the best wrestler I have ever seen
Loki Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Jesus fucking Christ. Just on my way to bed when I heard.I have to say, in all seriousness, I'm not sure I really want to be a wrestling fan any more. I can't think of another sport where as many stars seem to die untimely deaths. Benoit was the wrestler who made me a wrestling fan, and if he's dead then it'll be hard to carry on watching.I'm usually the first person to chip in during these threads with an inappropriate comment or sarcastic remark, but right now I just don't have the spirit.
KRS Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 I've just been checking the mainstream news and found various links. Â Â This site suggests Benoit no showed the PPV which caused concern, as someone earlier suggested. Â This covers the basics already covered, whilst The Sun is the first UK based source I've found to mention it.
Finlay Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Quite a nice little piece fro The Sun there actually.
Crowdpuller Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 To say im shocked is an understatement.I've just logged onto the internet to find this out and I really don't know what to say besides R.I.P Benoit and familyYou'll be missed.
King_Slim Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 I am very shocked only just found out via a friend. this is another very sad day.
Tequila_Boy Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 A little tribute I made up. Apologies for it's crapness.
The G Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Benoit was just a fantastic guy a true wrestler a legend. Heaven has another great well before there time.R.I.P
