Real American was originally the theme for the Mike Rotundo / Barry Windham tag team The U.S. Express. When they buggered off it was given to Hulk - which worked out pretty well for him Quote

I think bits of it were used or recycled, it's a thing WWF does, making use of some footage they have. That Raw on the roof stuff as well as some bits of dancers from Shotgun Saturday Night appearing in the DX titantron quick cuts etc. Quote
