Diego's brother has passed away as well.

I've just been out and picked up the new Guillem Balague book on Diego as well, anyone else got/read it?

I've sadly lost my copy of El Diego, which is still one of the best autobiographies I've ever read.

I'm turning my WFH space at home into a bit of a Diego shrine, and am going to get some prints made. These being the first lot.

I'm sorry I didn't flag this at the time and think the pre-order has run out, but I ordered this Maradona In Napoli book, as it came back in stock with a 'vintage' Napoli scarf.

There is ANOTHER book out, Inside Diego, which I'll obviously buy as well. An excerpt was in The Guardian yesterday.

And as its the 10th anniversary, enjoy this.

If you're not familiar with the site, Mr Trickett is also a Diego and Napoli obsessive, and regularly has unique or perculiar Neapolitan trinkets on sale on his site.

I have this lovely cappuccino mug from there

A reminder that Diego was hard as fuck and had a better running knee than Nakamura.

And also Forza Napoli Sempre.

Napoli last night was something else. There were even a few fireworks over here (and I'm sure the guy who owns the gun shop down the street was actually firing a gun in the air at one point). Quite incredible to think that for a team with the reputation of Napoli, this is the first title they've won in my lifetime and I'm 32.

3 years ago Saturday since the great one passed and here to commemorate that is a cracking picture of him with Queen.

Imagine how much chizzle they could've got through together. Tony Khan levels.

And also, there is a Spanish language magazine called Panenka that has reissued their Maradona edition.

think I've ordered it. Even with the translation on the website I was bit lost.

Another one for the shrine!
