MVP RULZ

Recommended Posts

Joint Top Scorers on the Week with 79 were myself and HBK4life who picked up the bonus 5 for being closest to the Total Yards Mark and as a result moves into a Tie for 2nd Place with SpykeDudlei1

Just 3 Points separate 2nd and 4th but I have a 29 Point lead at the Top as we head into the SuperBowl and the Final Round of the Competition where there are lots of points still up for grabs.

We have our Champion

Drumroll Please

And IT'S

Congratulations to errr ME as I Claim my 2nd Title since I took over the running of the league 7 years ago

I was the highest scorer for the Superbowl round to cement my already healthy lead going into the round

I picked up the 10 extra points for the closest to the 1st Touchdown as the lateness of that caught us all out really and I was the only one to correctly pick 6 Touchdowns to be scored in the game

Me and @SpykeDudlei1 both fell just 4 short of getting the Rushing Yards spot on, me for Kansas City and Spyke for San Francisco so each picked up a bonus 10 points

@hbk4life fell just 8 short of getting the Total Yards correct and also just 10 on the San Francisco passing yards so picks up a combined bonus of 20 points

The only change in the standings saw @johnnyboy jump into 3rd and take the Bronze medal in defense of his title

Thanks to the 3 of you mentioned above and @Vegeta for sticking with it through the season and hope to see you all again next season with some new Players as well to boost the numbers back up again

Thank You once again

Don’t know if we have a thread or not but hey. Draft day pisses over transfer deadline day. My Miami went for Tua. It’s a gamble but when fit he’s brilliant. I’m sure our resident Bama correspondent @Statto can give a detailed report on him.

He's the best passer I've ever seen, FWIW. The message to him about not trying to make a play when there isn't a play to be made has been sent loud & clear by Coach Saban & several others since the bad injury, you'd hope it's been received.

Whilst I don't doubt he could play this year (assuming there is a "this year"...) I'd imagine he sits a year behind Fitzpatrick to continue to heal.

Draft day has nothing on National Signing Day, BTW... 🙂

Everybody happy with their teams schedules? As a Titans man I pretty happy, although don't like starting the season with Casey coming back with Broncos to haunt us!

Also Saints Vs Vikings on Xmas day at 9:30 to so should be a great game to settle down with a leftovers sarnie and a few beers to watch/fall asleep too!
