Jerry Lawler was in a TLC match against The Miz when he was 61 so think he’s the oldest in WWE to have done it. Quote

The youngest ever World Heavyweight Champion in the current iteration of the belt is 36, in Seth Rollins - and he turned 37 the day after winning it. Assuming my maths is right, the last time someone aged under 30 held the WWE title was Bray Wyatt in 2017, with the second youngest being Jinder Mahal that same year at 31. In the 2020s, almost every WWE champion has been aged closer to 40. They need a dramatic shift, a refreshing of the roster. Age doesn’t necessarily matter of course, but when the vast majority of your older wrestlers feel stale it certainly does. Perhaps it’s a ‘me’ thing, but I can’t view any potential match between almost any upper carder on Smackdown without feeling massively uninspired. I hope they take a chance on Trick Williams sooner rather than later. A feud with a heel Punk or Cody could be the perfect antidote to the current malaise. To be fair though. The young guys in waiting are there to be brought through Dirty Dom 29 Oba Femi 28 Bron Breakker 28 Je’von Evans 22 Quote

Mr_Danger Posted Saturday at 05:10 PM Posted Saturday at 05:10 PM Sami deffo took that bad breath comment to heart and not because he’s thin skinned or actually has bad breath. He knows that shit will be on a T-shirt by the end of the month and he’ll be walking around eating raw cloves of garlic competing for the 24/7 title if he’s not careful. Quote
Paid Members Supremo Posted Monday at 11:17 PM Paid Members Posted Monday at 11:17 PM Sami Zayn’s snide headbutt on Trick Williams on this show was the most exciting, authentic WWE moment in months, if not years. Wild how Sami Zayn is simultaneously the literal WWE Champion and yet still feels like one of the most underrated performers in the business. It’s not a coincidence that the return of Kevin Owens and the re-crowning of Sami Zayn has coincided with an incredible main event picture suddenly materialising on Smackdown. My boys have even made Grandpa Joe himself, Johnny Gargano, feel like a legitimate World Title contender! Quote
The King of Old School Posted Tuesday at 07:16 AM Posted Tuesday at 07:16 AM Zayn, Owens, Punk, Orton, Rhodes & Williams 2026's version of "The Smackdown Six". I can't put myself through naming Gargano in there. Quote
